Emerged from the 'stoned again' jams with Phil Cousins, circa 1986 and became a staple with our space rock band Food. Requires some Daevid Allen/Syd Barrett style glissando played with an onyx egg.
Coincidentally, the coda is in tune with the bell of the Grossmunster church in Zurich, a field recording of which is overlaid at the end. Genuine Zurich crows conclude the piece.
Lyrics are based on the titles on the volumes of a multi-volume encyclopedia.
